Dear All. 

I been read notice from Kakaotalk also decided It is very important notice of service.

China does not facilitate the use Kakaotalk

It is possible to sending text message at mobile platform, It can not be disclosed outside Kakao apply only because of unique way possible, But registration, add friends, some of emoticons, change profile, Notice general communication system is state of the connection is not smooth. But could not connect to Kakaostory, Kakaotalk PC version. 

What user have to do?

Those traveling to or living in China Kakaotalk team is known or not, we can guide you as a friends plus situation. So. with chatting announce this issue to your friends, client, customer.  If you delete and reinstall the app to get certified because it no longer will able to chat. Do you know the situation in perparation for future advance emergency contacts suggest you do secure.

What about Kakao Team?

Identify and resolve the cause of the problem, in which to seek. Kakao but somehow the herat of the messaging will adhere to.
